IDF Spokesperson: Contra Nasrallah, Hezbollah did not hit any IDF bases

Hezbollah's Secretary-General had previously claimed that they had hit all their intended targets, including Mossad headquarters and an IDF Air Force base in the center.

IDF Spokesperson Daniel Hagari responded tonight (Sunday) to Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah's assertion earlier today that the terrorist group had successfully hit IDF bases with its rocket and drone salvo in the early morning, according to Ynet.

Hagari said that "we followed Hezbollah for weeks. The moment we identified intention to execute the attack, we defeated most of it."

Hagari added that "Hezbollah planned to hit Israeli citizens," contrary to Nasrallah's assertion that Hezbollah did not intend to do so. The IDF Spokesperson went on to say that "Contrary to his claims, there were no hits to Israeli bases - not in the north and not in the center."
