The attack occurred early Friday morning when Hezbollah launched a barrage of three anti-tank missiles towards the base. One of these missiles successfully struck the facility, causing damage. In a related development earlier today, IDF Division 146 forces identified a Hezbollah cell preparing to launch attacks into Israeli territory. The Israeli military responded swiftly, directing an Air Force strike that eliminated the terrorist group in the Tir Harfa area of southern Lebanon.
Following the airstrike, the IDF detected a rocket launch from the same area, indicating the presence of additional weaponry at the site. In response, Israeli forces conducted artillery strikes in the Shebaa region of southern Lebanon.
