Series of Strikes: IDF Destroys Hezbollah Buildings and Weapons Storage

IDF forces carried out a series of strikes in southern Lebanon, targeting and destroying Hezbollah weapons storage facilities, a launcher, and a military structure.

In the ongoing northern conflict, IDF forces conducted a series of attacks today (Sunday) in southern Lebanon. Among the targets were a Hezbollah terror cell, weapons storage facilities, a launcher, and a military structure belonging to the terror organization. According to the IDF spokesperson, "Earlier today, aircraft targeted a Hezbollah terror cell operating in the Shebaa area in southern Lebanon. In a separate strike in the Shebaa area, fighter jets attacked and destroyed a weapons storage facility used by the Hezbollah terror organization."

Additionally, airstrikes targeted a weapons storage facility and a military structure of the organization in the Ayta ash-Shab and al-Matmura areas, and a launcher used by the organization was destroyed in the A-Tiri area in southern Lebanon.

Meanwhile, red alert sirens were heard in northern Galilee settlements and the border area, including Kiryat Shmona, Metula, and Tel Hai. According to reports, about 20 rockets were fired from Lebanon, with some intercepted and others landing in open areas. At this stage, no casualties or damage have been reported.
