This is who Israel will send to Doha for hostage negotiations

While Hamas has repeatedly refused to send a delegation to Doha for a US-Qatar hosted summit to reach a deal, Israel is sending a number of senior officials to that end.

Prime Minister Netanyahu has decided after deliberations this afternoon (Wednesday) to send Mossad Director Dedi Barnea, Shin Bet Director Ronen Bar, and Envoy Maj.-Gen. (res.) Nitzan Alon to the planned hostage negotiations summit in Doha, hosted by the United States and Qatar, according to a report by Ynet.

Hamas has repeated its insistence that it will not send representatives to the summit, saying they had already given their final answer in June and that they expect Netanyahu to adhere to those terms.
