IDF launches operation in Tubas in Samaria - one terrorist killed 

Israel's security forces launched a counter-terrorism operation in the area of ​​the villages of Tubas and Tammon in Samaria. The forces have thus far eliminated a terrorist and hit additional terrorists during exchanges of fire, arrest warrants and locating and confiscating weapons.

The forces continue to operate in the area.

In recent weeks, several attacks have been carried out in the Jordan Valley area. In a shooting attack that happened at the beginning of the week, Yonatan Deutsch was killed after he was shot by terrorists from a passing vehicle. In the attack, another person was slightly injured by shrapnel; there was no damage to vital organs and he did not need surgery.
