Hamas Terrorists, attempted terror attack, failed bombing

Hebron: 2 Militants Blow Up their own Car Bomb

According to reports from Arab media, two militants were preparing a car bomb for an attack when it exploded for an unknown reason while they were nearby.

Both militants were injured, and there were no Israeli casualties in the incident.

The explosion occurred in the Halhoul area, part of the Hebron district. This incident marks the first time a car bomb has been used in the Hebron area, although militants have previously used car bombs in other regions such as Samaria and the Jordan Valley. In several cases, bombings have been attempted to lure Israelis to the area of the explosive device before detonating it. In some instances, the militants have blown themselves up without causing Israeli casualties.
