IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi visited the Tel Nof Air Force base today (Wednesday), addressing both Israel's preparations against threats from Iran and its proxies and the question of what to do with Yahya Sinwar.

Halevi said that when it came to Sinwar, who has now been named leader of both the political and military wings of Hamas, "the change in his title not only does not prevent us from searching for him, it encourages us and we will make the effort to find him, and attack him, and let them replace the head of the political office once again."

In general, he said, "We are doing very important actions in the last few weeks, we killed the most senior commanders of our most problematic enemies and we are not stopping."
