Around 2:00 a.m. Monday, sirens warning of potential hostile aircraft and rocket attacks echoed through several towns in the Galilee region.

The Upper Galilee Regional Council reported that several interceptors were deployed in response, and fires ignited in open areas across the region. A UAV strike later hit a building in Kibbutz Ayelet HaShahar, situated in the Hula Valley.

The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit confirmed that, following the sirens, numerous suspicious aerial targets were detected crossing from Lebanon. Multiple interceptors were launched, with one impact reported near Ayelet HaShahar.

Hezbollah has taken responsibility for the recent attacks on northern Israel, announcing that it launched a "swarm of drones" towards Ayelet HaShahar. The claim was reported by Al-Mayadeen, a Lebanese network affiliated with Hezbollah.
