It was cleared for publication that the woman murdered today (Sunday) in the stabbing attack in Holon was Rina Daniv, a 66-year-old resident of Holon. She went for a morning walk with her husband Shimon in the park and was attacked by a terrorist.
She suffered severe stab wounds to her body and she died of her wounds. The terrorist was neutralized by a policeman at the scene.
Rina was murdered on a walking path in the park near Moshe Dayan Street in Holon, where she would go for a walk with her husband Shimson every morning. The Magen David Adom teams that were called to the scene fought for her life at the scene but had to pronounce her dead on the spot. Her husband was seriously injured in the attack and the doctors at the Wolfson Hospital in Holon are presently fighting for his life.
