Messages sent to the residents of Katzrin read: "Dear residents, in accordance with military instructions and due to our forces' activities in recent hours, all residents of Katzrin are requested to minimize gatherings. Please reduce non-essential activities (large events / swimming pools, etc.) from this moment until further notice. We will continue to provide updates."

Residents of the Golan Regional Council received a similar notice with a few additional points: "Dear residents, in accordance with military instructions and due to our forces' activities in recent hours, all residents from the line of Kfar Ruppin northward are requested to minimize gatherings. Please reduce non-essential activities (large events / swimming pools, etc.) from this moment until further notice. We will continue to provide updates."
