Initially admitted in serious condition, the child is now classified as being in stable condition. Rambam Hospital announced this evening (Monday) that the child, who was previously in moderate condition, is now considered lightly injured.
Due to the improvement in his condition, the child has been moved from the pediatric intensive care unit to a regular pediatric ward for continued hospitalization.
Meanwhile, the medical centre also reported that the infant who was admitted to the emergency room at Ruth Children's Hospital, Rambam, last week after being forgotten in a car, has regained full consciousness and has been discharged in stable and normal condition.
