Lebanese media reported today (Tuesday) that two Hezbollah militants were killed and another was injured after their motorcycle was attacked on the Al-Khardali Bridge in southern Lebanon.

According to reports, Israeli UAVs launched two missiles towards the motorcycle. This is the second time in the past two days that an aerial attack has been reported in the northern area. Last night, a vehicle was reportedly attacked from the air in the Syrian territory near the border with Lebanon, resulting in several casualties.

As a reminder, two weeks ago, it was reported that an Israeli UAV attacked a car near the Italian hospital in the city of Tyre in southern Lebanon, resulting in the deaths of two Hezbollah militants – including the commander of the "Aziz" unit, Mahmoud Nazar, who was responsible for numerous terror operations against Israel.

Nazar had been considered one of Hezbollah's most senior operatives for years and was one of the top three most senior figures killed by the IDF in the organization.

The "Aziz" unit is considered one of the elite units of the terror organization, operating in the eastern sector of the country, from southern Lebanon to western Baqa. Nazar, as the unit commander, was responsible for all attacks and shootings towards the settlements of the western Galilee throughout the war.
