According to an IDF and ISA statement today (Sunday), Rafa'a Salameh, commander of Hamas' Khan Yunis Brigade and a close associate of Mohammad Deif, was confirmed killed in the strike targeting Deif.
There is still no confirmation from the IDF as to the status of Deif himself, but Shin Bet director Ronen Bar said that at least 25 Nukhba fighters taking part in the October 7 massacre were also eliminated.
