New details about the three Israelis who were arrested for shooting Nukhba terrorists

Three Israelis were arrested on suspicion of murdering a Hamas terrorist on the seventh day of October, now it has been announced that one of them is a 20-year-old resident of Elkana, the second is a 30-year-old Ihud Hatzla volunteer, and the third is Roi Yifrah, 35, from Tel Aviv | And this is what has been allowed to be published so far:

The report also indicates that, at some point, apparently, the group captured a terrorist who entered Israel from the Gaza Strip. In the video of the incident, you can see the older suspect kicking the terrorist's leg, and Roi Yifrah allegedly kicking his head. The young suspect is not seen in this video. According to the suspects, this is an incident that took place during fighting, after which the terrorist was handed over alive to the security forces - and only later was his death determined.

Judge Maor also expressed bewilderment to the police representative about the gag order imposed on the case. "The whole world knows, how did people know to get to the court?" he said. "I wonder what is the point of continuing the order." The police, for their part, said that this has not yet been published mainly on social networks, and not in major media. In addition, she stated that there is a fear that if the affair is revealed - this could lead to harming the abductees as revenge.
