Arabs and a number of left-wing activists attacked a 14-year-old Jewish boy this morning (Sunday) after he went out to graze his sheep near the Moshav Maon in Mount Hebron.

The attackers approached the boy and started throwing stones at him. As a result, the boy was injured in the face and he was referred by Magen David Adom (MDA) for further treatment at the hospital.

Eliram Azoulai, head of the Mount Hebron Council, said: "Another incident, due to the decision to remove the closure orders and allow the anarchists to agitate in the area and create friction. I demand that the closure orders that ensured the safety of our residents be returned and that the violators be dealt with immediately."
