After the IDF spokesman's announcement: This is the number of abductees who are not alive

Following the IDF spokesperson's announcement regarding the fall of IDF soldier Muhammad Elatrash in battle, who was defined as a captive, the number of captives identified as deceased has risen to 45.

The IDF spokesperson permitted this evening to publish that IDF soldier Sergeant Muhammad Alatrash, who was defined as a captive, was killed in battle on October 7th, and his body was abducted by the Hamas terror organization to Gaza. Currently, 45 out of the 120 captives held in Gaza are defined as deceased.

Muhammad Alatrash, 39, upon his fall, a resident of Sa'wa village, Beit Atrash, served as a scout in the Northern Division of the Gaza Brigade.

Sergeant Muhammad Elatrash, may his memory be blessed, fell in battle on October 7th and was abducted to the Gaza Strip by a terror organization. His death was confirmed following an examination of all findings and based on credible information.
