Report: IDF has increased its activity in Rafah

Rafah residents report that the IDF has increased the pace of activity there in the last two days.

Reuters reported this morning that the IDF has been increasing the pace of operations in Rafah for the past two days. Residents of the city say that there is an exchange of fire between terrorists and fighters.

In addition, there were reports of tanks advancing to the north and west of the southern city in preparation for the completion of the operation there, this after it took over its eastern parts. Also, there are reports of targets being bombed in the rest of the Strip.

The IDF said that the forces of Division 162 continue fighting in the Rafah area and continue to eliminate terrorists in face-to-face encounters.
