Earlier today, dozens of rocket sirens were heard in northern Israel, in Safed, Birya, Hazor HaGlilit, Dishon, Ramot Naftali and other towns. Two people were slightly wounded as a result of the barrage. During the Jewish festival of Shavuot, no less than 200 launches were carried out from Lebanon towards Israel.

Due to the many rocket sirens in Safed, classes have now been cancelled and the students have been sent home. The Golan Regional Council updated that following the sirens in Katzrin and the surrounding area, rockets exploded in open areas there. In addition, fires broke out in several locations.
