Sky News Arabia: Hamas welcomes ICJ ruling ordering Israel to cease operations in Rafah

While leaders across the Israeli political spectrum condemned the International Court of Justice's ruling today (Friday) that Israel must cease operations in Rafah and the southern Gaza Strip, Hamas welcomed the decision, according to Sky News Arabia.
