Israel-Gaza War, United States

The source also said that "Israel has enough means to enter Rafah even without the aid delivery."

Following Biden's statement to CNN that the United States would not supply Israel with any aerial bombs or tank and artillery shells to take Rafah, a senior Israeli source told journalist Amit Segal that "we have enough means to enter Rafah and occupy it without American aid. Rafah will be conquered regardless."

The source added that "the main problem is the message this sends to Hezbollah and Iran, that Israel will ostensibly come without the weapons for a conflict in the north."

He ended with a declaration: "Biden made a serious mistake, both morally and politically."
