American official: Israel postponing attack on Iran

Israel will postpone its attack on Iran until after Passover, according to a senior American official who spoke to the ABC network.

According to the report, the official told them that, "it is unlikely that Israel will attack Iran before Passover." ABC reported on behalf of Israeli officials that the IDF had prepared to attack Iran on two separate occasions over the past week but canceled both times.

According to those sources, an attack on Iran itself or its proxies in the Middle East - Yemen, Hezbollah, and Iraq - was on the table. Another possibility was a significant cyber attack that would have disabled the computer systems in the Islamic Republic.

ABC added on behalf of the same American official that although it is likely that Israel will wait with the attack until after the holiday, this is also liable to change.

Yesterday Srugim/JFeed reported that preparations for an Israeli strike are underway in Iran and that an attack is expected at "any moment." Terrorist camps in Syria and Lebanon have been evacuated, while advisers and senior officials have "gone underground" and are hiding in bunkers or protected areas.
