The IDF announced today (Wednesday) that a Hezbollah drone aircraft was located in the Rosh Hanikrah area. Army forces were called up to acquire the device, and the incident is being investigated.

This is the second serious security incident of the day, with the first being a heavy rocket salvo from Lebanon towards Kiryat Shmona, killing a worker in the city's industrial center. Hezbollah took responsibility for the fire, claiming it was in response to the elimination of seven Lebanese in the south of the state, for which they hold Israel responsible.

IDF fighter planes also struck a military structure in the al-Birah area in southern Lebanon. The strike eliminated a central terrorist belonging to an organization organizing attacks on Israel, as well as additional terrorists within the structure.
