Extensive operation near Jericho: forces of the Judea and Samaria Border Guard worked together with IDF forces tonight (Thursday) at the precise direction of the Shin Bet in the Jordan Valley area, to find a terrorist suspected to be planning a suicide attack in the near future.

According to the IDF, the forces secretly arrived near the terrorist's home and surrounded it. As they closed in, the terrorist attempted to flee.

During an exchange of fire on site and the throwing of bombs on the forces, the forces returned fire and killed the attackers. The potential suicide terrorist was apprehended and send to be interrogated by the Shin Bet.
