The schoolchildren of Sderot returned to school today after months of being evacuated to hotels in safer areas, and they were greeted by Israeli Police who were there to protect them and even kick a ball around with them. The IDF is also deployed to help protect the children.

Last month, the IDF announced that residents of the Gaza Perimeter may return safely to most areas near the border, including the residents of the city of Sderot.
