Voting rates continue to be a lot lower than average in the big cities – 23% in Tel Aviv, 21% in Haifa, 16.4% in Jerusalem, 20.2% in Beer Sheva, 26.1% in Ashdod, 26.2% in Bnei Brak, and 18.2% in Rishon Letziyon.
