Sources in Yemen told Sky News in Arabic this morning (Sunday) that at least 75 people were killed in American and British strikes against Houthi rebels in Yemen and many more injured.

According to the report, among those killed were at least three IRGC experts, six Hezbollah terrorists, and two members of the Iran-backed Iraqi militias. It also stated that the dead are the result of strikes against Houthi military positions in Hodeidah, Hajjah, Dhamar, Taiz, and Al-Bayda.

In the last few weeks, the US and Britain have launched four strikes against the Houthis in Yemen, while also working to interdict weapons sent to the Houthis from Iran. The US Army explained that strikes as an international effort to protect freedom of navigation and international shipping.

Last week, the American State Department declared that the Houthis would be returned to the American terrorism list, allowing the US to take more significant legal and international steps against them and any body or state tied to the terrorist organization. The Houthis were delisted by American President Joe Biden in 2021, and have now been put back due to their attacks on shipping in the Red Sea.
