Footage from Kfar Aza

In the Heart of the Scene of Horror: Special Footage from the Youth Neighborhood of Kfar Aza

For the first time since that Black Sabbath and three months after Hamas's brutal murder spree in the youth neighborhood of Kibbutz Kfar Aza, the doors of the houses were opened to the Israeli media.

Three months after the brutal terrorist attack carried out by Hamas on the residents of the Gaza Strip Envelope, today (Sunday) the houses of the youth neighborhood of Kibbutz Kfar Gaza were opened to the Israeli media for the first time. During the murder spree, the neighborhood lost about 12 of its residents, 7 were kidnapped, and 3 returned, with Alon Shimriz and Yotam Haim killed by IDF fire in the unfortunate incident during the ground maneuver.

As part of the special tour, opposite the burning Gaza, cameras entered the houses of the neighborhood for the first time, including that of Doron Steinbracher, who was kidnapped to Gaza on Saturday, October 7th. In special footage, you can see the great destruction left by the murderers. Her sister Yamit Ashkenazi painfully told about missing her sister and demanded her return home.

Opposite Doron's house stands the house where the late Alon Shimriz lived, the burnt smells still linger in the noses of the visitors and testify to the young life that is no more.

The houses in the youth neighborhood are still standing, but most of them are sooty and there is a lot of destruction everywhere, bedding thrown on the floor, refrigerators that have not been closed - if they could talk, they would tell about the inferno that the kibbutz experienced.
