During the exchange of fire, an IDF reserve officer was moderately injured, the soldier was taken to a hospital for medical treatment and his family was informed.

Also, soldiers of the IDF, the Shin Bet, and the Border Police arrested seven wanted persons throughout Judea and Samaria. The wanted persons who were arrested and the weapons confiscated were transferred to the security forces for further treatment.
So far, since the beginning of the war, more than 2,550 wanted persons have been arrested throughout the Judea and Samaria Division, approximately 1,300 of whom are associated with the terrorist organization Hamas.
