Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services Ya'akov Margi of Shas announced this morning that despite the war and the difficulties Israel is facing, the government has decided to continue providing extensive aid to war refugees from Ukraine.

The government decided during the night that despite the costs of the war, and the financing difficulties, the State of Israel will continue with extensive aid to refugees from the Ukraine-Russia war who fled to the State of Israel. The government's decision even included extensive budget cuts from a large number of government bodies and ministries in order to continue the funding.

Minister Margi published a post on the social network on the publication of the decision and announced: "This is the State of Israel! And these are our values ​​as the Jewish people."

In addition, the minister announced that: "The 'Order of the Hour' directorate at the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services will continue to provide humanitarian and social assistance to the war refugees from Ukraine."
