Kibbutz Be'eri announced that Ilan Weiss, who was considered missing since October 7, was murdered in the Gaza Strip. According to the kibbutz's announcement, his family members were notified of his death.

As I recall, Ilan Weiss was a member of Kibbutz Be'eri's standby unit and has been missing since the massacre at the Kibbutz on Simchat Torah - as it has now been confirmed that he was murdered that day. Contact with him was lost at 7:15 a.m. on October 7, and his fate has not been known since then.

His 53-year-old wife Shiri and 18-year-old daughter Noga were abducted to the Gaza Strip and were released as part of the hostage deal last November. His brother-in-law Gil Boyum, who was also a member of the standby unit, was also murdered in the Hamas massacre.
