Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met this evening (Tuesday) with representatives of the families of the abductees, in the Kirya in Tel Aviv. During the meeting, Netanyahu reiterated his commitment to bring about the release of all the abductees home.
The Prime Minister told the families: "We are committed, I am personally committed, to the release of all the abductees. Rescuing them is a supreme task. Just now I sent the head of the Mossad to Europe twice to promote a process for the release of our abductees. I will spare no effort in this matter and the demand is to bring them all." In response to a question from one of the attendees, the Prime Minister said: "Will I succeed? I can give you one guarantee - we will not stop."
The Prime Minister's wife, who was also present at the meeting, said: "A few weeks ago I sent letters to the wives of the leaders, from mother to mother. I pointed out that the very kidnapping was a crime against humanity and I asked them to help us. I embrace you with all the people of Israel and I am sure that we will continue to do everything to bring your loved ones, our loved ones, home safely."
