The battles and fighting in the Gaza Strip continue today (Thursday), when IDF fighters are fighting with the help of air forces in Shejaiya, Jabalia, and Khan Yunis. As part of the battles, terrorists were eliminated and tunnels and terrorist infrastructure were destroyed.

According to the IDF spokesman, the paratroopers' brigade combat team eliminated many terrorists in the north of the Gaza Strip in the past day, after the brigade's armored force detected Hamas terrorists observing the forces, fired at them, and eliminated them.

In addition, the fighters of the battle team yesterday searched a school compound that served as a central focus of the fighting of the Shejaiya Battalion of Hamas. Shooting infrastructures were located in the compound and fighting was conducted from it against the fighters, who closed a circle on the terrorists and then destroyed terrorist infrastructures in the compound.

At the same time, fighters from the Maglan Unit raided a number of checkpoints in the Khan Yunis area where they found weapons, grenades and Kalashnikov rifles. The fighters destroyed two shafts, a rocket launch pit, and a weapons warehouse in the compound.
