A heavy barrage of rockets was fired in the last hour from Gaza to the Negev area. A direct hit in Be'er Sheva to a truck parked in a truck parking lot, one of the trucks that was hit contains hydrogen peroxide. No casualties were reported.
Fire and rescue teams from the Be'er Sheva station are working at the scene and at this stage the firefighters are treating the leakage of the material by absorbing it and preventing it from spreading. At the same time, the firefighters are dealing with a diesel leak from nearby trucks. The event is under complete control with no casualties.
In addition, police officers and the police saboteurs of the southern district are now working at the crash site and other areas of shrapnel fall, and are searching for additional remains to remove another risk to the public.
The police call on the residents to stay in the protected areas, to avoid reaching the scenes, and not to approach or touch the remains of rockets that may contain explosive material. Residents must report rocket remnants without delay to the 100 hotline of the Israel Police.
