Yesterday (Tuesday), Southern Command Commander said that the IDF is in the heart of Jebaliya, Shejaiya, and Khan Yunis. Today, the IDF Spokesperson published footage of the Nachal Brigade combat team fighting in Jebaliya, locating tunnel shafts and many weapons in mosques and schools.
The IDF Spokesperson said that “as part of the offensive of the Nachal combat team in the Jebaliya area in the northern Gaza Strip, the soldiers eliminated terrorists in close face to face combat, via tank fire and strikes directed by them and by the brigade fire array. In addition, soldiers located sniper weapons, bombs, anti-tank missiles, rockets, operational tunnels and swastikas painted on the walls of a mosque and school in the Jebaliya area. Rockets and rocket warehouses were located around the school.”
