2,100 Terrorists Arrested in Judea and Samaria Since War Began

The IDF Spokesperson announced that over 2,000 terror suspects have been arrested since the war began, including 34 in raids last night.

Security forces continue to operate in Judea and Samaria, with around 2,100 terror suspects arrested in the area since the war began, half of whom are affiliated with Hamas. Last night (Saturday), IDF, Shin Bet, and Border Guard forces arrested 34 suspects throughout Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley, eight of them Hamas members.

In two brigade operations, many suspects were arrested and interrogated. An Efraim brigade operation in Beit Rima saw soldiers arrest ten suspects and interrogate many others. A suspect was arrested during an operation in Qalqilya. During the operation, terrorists fired on the force and threw stones and bombs at them. The IDF fired back, hits were identified.

An Etzion Brigade operation in the village of Sa’ir arrested eight suspects, interrogated many others, and confiscated terror money. Terrorists threw stones and fired fireworks at the forces, who fired back. A hit was identified. Two suspects were arrested in the city of Hebron by security forces, who located and confiscated gliders, shockers, and other weapons.

A suspect was arrested in Jenin. During the operation, armed men fired at the IDF and threw a bomb at them. The force responded with fire. In the city of Jericho, the IDF arrested two suspects. In Shechem, weapons parts were found. Armed forces fired and threw a bomb at the IDF forces.

The IDF suffered no casualties in these operations. Since the beginning of the war, some 2,100 suspects were arrested in the Judea and Samaria area, about 1,100 of them affiliated with Hamas.
