According to the suspicion, the suspects involved took advantage of the security situation that existed in the southern sector at the time of the outbreak of hostilities, and after the surrounding settlements were evacuated of their residents, they entered the scene under the pretext that they were in charge of evacuating damaged vehicles, where they loaded dozens of vehicles onto tow trucks and stole them from the scene."
