Soroka Hospital informed this morning (Monday) that the condition of Alma Avraham, who was released last night from Hamas captivity, continues to be serious. According to the hospital, she is hospitalized in the general intensive care unit and her life is still in danger.

The 84-year-old Avraham, who was kidnapped on the morning of October 7 from Kibbutz Nahal Oz by Hamas terrorists, was released yesterday after 50 days as part of the third step in the hostage deal, along with 12 other freed people.

At the Headquarters of the Families for the Return of the Abducted and the Missing ("BringThemHome23"), they tell about Alma: "A woman loved by everyone, accepts every person no matter who they are. She has hands of gold, her whole house is full of sculpture, painting and ceramics. Alma is a warm-hearted and verbal person, an open person, a talkative woman with a marvelous flexibility of thought, and always sees the world with optimistic eyes. She was kidnapped from her home in Kibbutz Nahal Oz"
