The media in the Persian Gulf are reporting another release of hostages. This is a group of 23 foreign workers from Thailand who were kidnapped in the surprise attack on the settlements surrounding the Gaza Strip.

According to the report, the Thai government approached Hamas through Iranian mediation and it managed to convince the terrorist organization to release the group, not as a part of the hostage deal with Israel. Apparently Thailand will pay a sum of money as a ransom for the release.

As a reminder, tomorrow the hostage deal between Israel and Hamas will begin. At 07:00 Israel will contain the fire in the Gaza Strip and allow a humanitarian corridor to the south. Towards 16:00, Hamas will release the first group of 13 hostages out of the 53 they promised. These are women and children who were kidnapped. They will arrive at the Red Cross and from there to the Rafah crossing, will be flown to Israel, will undergo medical tests and an initial diagnosis and will arrive in Israel around 20:00 in the evening to be reunited with their families.

The family members of those who will be released tomorrow have already been informed.

The first group of terrorists to be released will be transferred to Ofer prison from where they will be released to Beitonia.
