During the past year, in the days leading up to the terrorist attack, one of the female officers in Unit 8200 alerted her commanders that Hamas was planning an infiltration event. According to N12's first publication today (Thursday), the same officer put together a script made up of scraps of intelligence information and came to the conclusion that Hamas was preparing for a serious scenario that included the actions carried out by the terrorist organization on the Black Saturday of October 7.

After putting together the intelligence puzzle, she approached her commanders and presented it to them, but they decided to ignore it and responded in a disdainful way: "You're imagining" they noted.

"I don't want to hear about this nonsense"

As published about a week ago in News 12, a number of female observers warned for months about the ongoing changes in Gaza, in this case too, the commander to whom the report reached rejected their claims. In response to their claims, the commander responded: "I don't want to hear about this nonsense again, if you bother with these things again, you will stand to trial."

The IDF spokesman's response: "These days, the IDF is working and fighting the murderous terrorist organization Hamas in the Gaza Strip. All the commanders and soldiers are focused on this mission only, to complete the goals of the war. After the end of the war, a detailed and in-depth investigation will be conducted on the issue to find out all the details."
