Watch: IDF Increases Strikes in Lebanon
The IDF has increased its strikes against Hezbollah targets in Lebanon and now also includes Shiite villages on the border.

In the past few hours today (Tuesday), the IDF has increased the precision of its strikes in Lebanese territory in response to Hezbollah’s escalating attacks in the north.
In a series of fighter plane strikes, drone attacks, and artillery fire, the IDF struck a number of targets, including apartments inside of Shiite villages, next to the border and further away.
The most powerful attack was at Maroun al-Ras, a Shiite village in the central sector opposite the settlement of Yiron, where the IDF destroyed a home which appears to have contained weapons, leading to secondary explosions.

In another strike attributed to Israel in the city of Tyre, which is relatively distant from the border, a vehicle containing a number of people was destroyed. The Lebanese extracted four burnt bodies from the wreckage. Their identity remains unclear, and they may be tied to Hamas rather than Hezbollah. Rockets were fired from this location, a refugee camp, towards the Haifa area two weeks ago.
In one of the previous strikes, two reporters of the al-Mayadeen channel tied to Hezbollah and another photographer filming events on the border. An 80 year old woman was killed in the strike on Kafr Kila.
