The IDF spokesperson said about the activities of the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps: "After suffering heavy losses, they are working to direct fire and severely damage the infrastructure of the terrorist organization Hamas. Fighters of Battalion 414 ('Eagle') from the Border Protection Corps, which suffered heavy losses on October 7, are fighting these days in the territory of the Gaza Strip and are integrated into the ground activity in the Gaza Strip. As part of the activity, the battalion locates terrorist infrastructures, tunnel shafts and anti-tank and observation positions of the terrorist organization Hamas, using advanced observation means, and in cooperation with leading intelligence to close rapid circles of fire and attack them."
414 fighters identified and assisted in attacking dozens of observation means and observation posts of the terrorist organization Hamas, which led to fatal damage to the observation capabilities and operations of the terrorist organization. During the activity in the northern Gaza Strip, they identified anti-tank launching positions set up by Hamas terrorists, directed fire and helped the forces destroy those positions.
