According to reports coming from the Gaza Strip, the IDF distributed posters in the south of the Gaza Strip calling on residents to evacuate areas where Hamas terrorists are present.
The posters distributed by the IDF read: "Hamas actions force the IDF to act in the area where you live. For your safety, you must evacuate your home immediately and go to known protected places. Anyone who is near terrorists puts his life in danger, and any house used by terrorists will be attacked. Follow the IDF's instructions and you will not be harmed."
Until now, the IDF forces have evacuated the residents of Gaza to the south of the Gaza Strip and have been conducting the war in the north. Yesterday Defense Minister Gallant was asked during a security review he gave to the media whether the IDF would also attack in the south of the Gaza Strip and he replied: "I presented the combat plan to the cabinet before the maneuver began. We are talking about long months, not one day or two days. This will include both the north and the south."
"We will cripple Hamas everywhere," Gallant said, "we will dismantle its command ability. Hamas is getting eroded, this is true today first of all in the north of the Gaza Strip and will continue to exist wherever it is."
