As part of its efforts to help rebuild and maintain communities disrupted by the massacre and the war, the JNF is organizing nature tours for hundreds of displaced citizens.

The JNF is organizing tours to nature, heritage, and historical sites to hundreds of civilian evacuees from the north and the south, helping get their mind off the war and their own difficult circumstances.

The Jewish National Fund announced today (Wednesday) that it was organizing fully funded tours and hikes for civilian evacuees from the war, in order to increase morale and ease the pain and anxiety of those whose communities were shaken by the events of October 7.

JNF Chairwoman Ifat Ovadia-Luski said that "we are happy to provide families who were evacuated from their homes with a few hours of relief and comfort. We will continue to contribute and lend a hand and aid to the families of evacuees until their return home."

This initiative comes in addition to a recent decision by the JNF and the Finance Ministry to transfer 1.4 billion NIS towards increased medical and mental health care for those in need as well as aid to Israeli agriculture and workers.
