Woman Suspected of Spraying Graffiti Near MK's Home Arrested

The Israel Police arrested a woman suspected of spraypainting "1400" near the home of Likud MK Shalom Danino.

The Israel Police arrested a 49 year old woman last night (Wednesday) on suspicion of spraypainting “1400” near the home of MK Shalom Danino, who lives in Omer in the south.

According to the Police’s statement, upon receiving the report, police forces arrived on the scene, collected testimony, gathered evidence and conducted investigative actions in order to find the perpetrator, who was arrested last night in her home in Omer. The number 1400 signifies the number of Israelis murdered in the Hamas massacre.

The suspect, was arrested and taken for interrogation at the Ayarot station. On the basis of the evidence collected against her, she will be brought today before the peace court in Beer Sheva with the aim of extending her detention.
