Hasan participated and documented the massacre committed by Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Perimeter in real time. These include him documenting a tank burned by terrorists, the infiltration of many kibbutzim by Hamas members, and more. A picture of Hamas military wing leader Yahya Sinwar giving Hamas a kiss was also published.

CNN stated that “We are aware of the article and photo concerning Hassan Eslaiah, a freelance photojournalist who has worked with a number of international and Israeli outlets. While we have not at this time found reason to doubt the journalistic accuracy of the work he has done for us, we have decided to suspend all ties with him.”

Hassan Eslaiah participated in and documented the terrible massacre committed by the Hamas murderers in the Perimeter settlements in real time. In one such piece of footage, he can be seen documenting a tank burned by terrorists, in another following Hamas members entering kibbutzim. A picture was also published showing him in a friendly embrace with Yahya Sinwar, head of the Hamas military wing and one of the masterminds behind the massacre.
