Defense Minister Yoav Galant concluded a short while ago this evening (Monday) a discussion to approve additional operational plans in the Gaza Strip and the northern part of the Strip. At the end of the discussion, the defense minister said, "The recent actions of the IDF are very impressive. The combination of the Air Force with ground forces is shaking the Gaza Strip."

Gallant also stated that "these efforts lead to extraordinary achievements, affecting both terrorists and field commanders. Just in the past day, several high-ranking terrorists and officers have been killed, some of whom we eliminated just a day or two ago and they were replaced, and the replacements have also being eliminated.

"The IDF machine works at full capacity. Yahya Sinwar hides in his bunker and allows field commanders to die in the field. With us, the commanders lead from the front, lead to achievements, and lead the forces."
