A day after the soldier Ori Megidish returned home from Hamas captivity, her mother Margalit issued a statement to the media and expressed her gratitude to all those who were involved in the release operation.

Megidish: "Our hearts are with the families"

"We are grateful to everyone for their prayers and support; our Ori has come back home," said Megidish. She added, "Now we pray for the release of all the captives and missing individuals, and our hearts are with all the families."

In conclusion, she said, "Thank you, Creator of the world, there is no one but You. Thank you to the Shin Bet, the IDF, and the security forces. Thank you to everyone; the people of Israel are an eternal nation. I'm sorry that I'm only speaking now, and even now it's enough. Thank you."

As reported, during the ground operation on the night between Sunday and Monday, Corporal Ori Megidish, who was kidnapped by the Hamas terrorist organization on 7/10, was released. The IDF stated, "The IDF and Shin Bet will continue to make every effort to bring about the release of the captives."
