After Two Years: The IDF Eliminated the Terrorist Who Fired an Anti-Tank Missile and Killed a Soldier
The IDF and the Shin Bet announced this evening that they have eliminated the head of the anti-tank missile unit in the northern Gaza Strip of the Hamas terror organization, Ibrahim Al-Sehar, the person who fired the missile that killed Staff Sergeant Omer Tabib in Operation Guardian of the Walls.

After two and a half years, the account has been settled with the shooter who fired in Gaza. Combat aircraft, guided by intelligence from the Military Intelligence and the Shin Bet, attacked this morning the head of the anti-tank missile unit in the northern Gaza Strip of the Hamas terror organization, Ibrahim Al-Sehar.
Al-Sehar carried out the firing of the anti-tank missile that killed IDF soldier Staff Sergeant Omer Tabib, hy"d, and injured other soldiers during "Operation Guardian of the Walls." Additionally, he was responsible for planning and directing numerous anti-tank missile attacks against Israeli territory and IDF forces in particular.

The IDF stated that the family of Staff Sergeant Omer Tabib, hy"d, and the families of the other injured soldiers have been updated. The IDF shares in the sorrow of the Tabib family and will continue to support them, alongside providing assistance to the injured soldiers.
