Hamas Terrorists Under Investigation: "We Received an Order to Kill Men, Kidnap Women and Children"

Terrorists from the Nukhba force who were captured in Israel told in their investigation about the orders they received during the murder spree in the Gaza Strip envelope, in which they were asked to murder men and bring hostages: "In Gaza, whoever brings a hostage receives a grant: an apartment and 10,000 dollars."

(police spokesman)

The police and the Shin Bet publish this evening (Monday) documentation from the interrogations of Hamas terrorists who infiltrated communities in the Gaza strip periphery and were captured alive by security forces.

From the interrogation transcripts, it is evident that the forces who infiltrated the communities in the Gaza strip periphery received clear and explicit instructions to kill and abduct civilians, including the elderly, women, and children.

Furthermore, from the interrogations, it becomes clear that lower-ranking fighters were sent into Israeli territory, while the commanding officers of Hamas' military wing (ranked major and higher) and other senior members remained behind, protected in concealed apartments and hideouts, while sending their fighters to battle, to potentially die or be captured in Israel.

Interrogation of Hamas operatives (police spokesman)

The terrorists, who were caught in the area of Sufa outpost, Kfar Aza and Be'eri, spoke about the orders they received: "The instructions were to kill the soldiers and men in the settlements, and to kidnap the elderly, women and children."

The price tag set for each captive was: "In Gaza, anyone who brings a captive receives a reward: an apartment and $10,000."

The terrorists described their killing spree in the settlements: "We took a 15-year-old girl, took a selfie with her." Later, one of them added, "Her dog ran out, and I shot it."

During the killing spree, the terrorists were sparing with their ammunition. "A body was lying on the floor, I shot at it. The commander shouted at me, asking why I was wasting bullets on a dead body."

After the killing, the next step was setting fire to the houses. "We finished with the killing, and then we set fire to two houses," admitted a Hamas terrorist during his interrogation.

All the terrorists, during their interrogations by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), provided detailed information about the morning of the attack, the planning, and the method of the massacre in the settlements. They supplied valuable information that has been and will be used for targeting objectives in the Gaza Strip.

In the police and Shin Bet statements this evening: "The security forces of the State of Israel will hold all the terrorists who took part in the massacre on 7/10 accountable."
