IDF Evidence: Hamas Fires Rockets from Civilian Sites

IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari issued a statement this evening (Sunday) in which he presented a series of documents proving that Hamas is placing rocket launchers near civilian sites, including kindergartens, schools, and mosques.

According to his statement, "The terrorist organization Hamas has been firing rockets from the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the war, taking cynical advantage of uninvolved civilian populations and civilian sites such as children's kindergartens, schools, and mosques, and launching them into Israeli territory with a clear intention to harm the country's citizens."

Among other things, aerial photographs were presented showing that Hamas had placed rocket launchers near a children's kindergarten, next to a mosque, and in areas close to schools within the Gaza Strip. Additionally, a photograph was shown of a Hamas rocket launcher positioned near a United Nations building inside the Gaza Strip.
